Bud Agency Expands to Manila, Strengthening Asia-Pacific Communications

Singapore-based PR and content agency Bud has expanded into the Philippines with a new office in Manila. The move follows strong demand from two major clients, ACMobility and Axelum Resources Corp, both of which have extended their partnerships with Bud for a second year in a row.

The Manila launch marks a key step in Bud's borderless agency model, allowing it to blend regional expertise with local execution. Founder and CEO Oliver Budgen highlighted the Philippines as a vital market for brands scaling across the Asia Pacific.

Kiana Carreon will lead Bud Manila as Account Director. With experience in consumer and corporate PR, brand strategy, and campaign development, she plans to grow the team and deliver fresh, impactful communications. General Manager Patricia Malay praised Carreon's leadership and local insight, calling them essential for the agency's success in the market.

Bud's expansion comes as it seeks to help brands adapt to the region's rapidly evolving media landscape. The agency's focus remains on providing strategic, locally relevant solutions for clients navigating complex markets.

The new Manila office strengthens Bud's presence in Southeast Asia. With Carreon at the helm, the agency will work to expand its client base and deepen its regional impact. The move also reflects growing confidence in the Philippines as a hub for creative and strategic communications.
