Taiga Group Launches Pulse of Taiga to Strengthen Employee Unity
Taiga Group LLC has launched a new corporate newspaper for its employees. The publication, named Pulse of Taiga, aims to keep staff informed about company developments, strategic goals, and operational updates. Yelena Berezina, the company’s Marketing Director, stated that the newspaper will unite all employees across the Group. The first print edition of Pulse of Taiga appeared on June 15. It features interviews with executives, coverage of projects, innovations, and product developments. Regular sections also highlight occupational safety, health, training, and professional growth.
The newspaper is printed on newsprint supplied by Kondopoga Pulp and Paper Mill and Syktyvkar Pulp Mill. New issues will be released every two weeks, with a total circulation of 7,000 copies. Taiga Group currently employs around 10,000 people across its forestry industry operations. The newspaper will serve as a central communication tool for the Group’s workforce. It provides a platform for sharing updates and fostering a sense of unity among employees. The biweekly distribution ensures regular engagement with staff across all divisions.
