Seattle Southside's free summer events blend World Cup and America's 250th birthday
The Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce is inviting vendors, food trucks, entertainers, and other groups to join summer community events. These events will blend World Cup excitement with celebrations marking America’s 250th birthday. Participation comes with no vendor or booth fees. The first event takes place in Burien on Wednesday, July 1, running from 12 to 8 p.m. SeaTac will host additional events on various dates between June 18 and July 19, including a special Fourth of July celebration on July 4.
The chamber aims to help businesses showcase products, attract customers, and boost sales. Marketing and promotional support will be provided to all participants. Technical assistance is also available to address any operational challenges.
Opportunities may differ depending on the event date. Spots will be assigned on a rolling basis as applications come in. Interested parties can submit an interest form or contact the chamber directly for details. The events offer a chance to engage with the community while celebrating two major occasions. No fees will be charged for participation.
