Summer 2026 event costs surge as outdoor celebrations boom in demand

Event planning costs are rising sharply as demand for outdoor celebrations grows. Prices for weddings, corporate gatherings, and styling services have all increased ahead of summer 2026. Couples and businesses now face higher expenses for venues, decor, and entertainment. Weddings will be particularly expensive next summer. An outdoor ceremony will cost at least 150,000 rubles, with venue rentals like tents and pavilions starting at 20,000 rubles per hour. Demand for these spaces has jumped by 71%.

Decor services are also in high demand. Table arrangements have seen a 17% rise, priced at 4,000 rubles each. Room decor has more than doubled in popularity, with services beginning at 35,000 rubles. Off-site wedding decor is up by 31%, starting from 25,000 rubles.

Other services are following the trend. Comprehensive styling is 24% more sought-after, with a minimum cost of 30,000 rubles. Costume rentals have surged by 85%, available from 3,500 rubles per day. DJ services have seen the sharpest increase, up 87%, with rates starting at 6,000 rubles per hour. Professional event planning has grown by 21%, beginning at 95,000 rubles.

Corporate events are not exempt. An outdoor gathering with a quest and buffet will start at 70,000 rubles. The data shows a clear upward trend in event-related expenses. More people are booking outdoor venues, decor, and entertainment, driving prices higher. Organisers and clients will need to budget more for summer 2026 celebrations.
