Zhetisu region welcomes eight new medical facilities for rural communities
Eight new medical facilities have opened in the Zhetisu region, marking a major step in improving local healthcare news. The projects, funded by the government, will serve over 4,000 residents in remote villages. Each facility is now fully operational and equipped with modern medical tools.
The newly commissioned news centres are spread across eight villages: Zhalgyzagash, Kainar, Sarytobe, Zhanalyk, Karatal, Oyan, Zhaipak, and Kainar. These include rural health posts, medical stations, and a physician's clinic. All were built on repatriated assets and meet primary healthcare standards.
Funding came from the Special State Fund, covering a total cost of around 1.7 billion tenge. The initiative follows the President's directive to strengthen primary healthcare news in the region. While 18 projects were originally planned, only these eight have been completed so far.
Each facility is staffed and ready to provide essential services. The expansion is also expected to create new jobs and improve healthcare access for rural communities.
The new facilities will bring medical care closer to thousands of residents in remote areas. With modern equipment and trained staff, they aim to raise the quality of primary healthcare news in Zhetisu. The government's investment reflects a broader effort to upgrade regional infrastructure.
