Vienna's Art & Design Market returns with 170 local creators this weekend
Vienna's Ottakring Brewery will host the Art & Design Market on April 11 and 12. The event brings together around 170 exhibitors offering handcrafted, locally made goods. Visitors can explore unique creations while enjoying workshops, live music, and street food.
The market opens at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 11, and closes at 7 p.m. On Sunday, April 12, it runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Entry costs €7, though children under 14 get in for free. Tickets are available at the door.
Over 170 artisans will display their work, including fashion, jewellery, art, and furniture. Many of these creators lack physical shops or a strong online presence, making the event a rare chance to meet them in person. The focus lies on direct interaction between makers and buyers.
Beyond shopping, the programme features creative workshops, live music, and a variety of food and drink options. Organisers aim to create a lively atmosphere where visitors can discover one-of-a-kind items and enjoy a full day out.
The Art & Design Market offers a mix of shopping, entertainment, and hands-on activities. With locally crafted goods and a relaxed setting, the event provides a platform for small-scale creators. Doors open at Ottakring Brewery this weekend, with tickets sold on-site.
