Stefania Osteria brings modern Italian dining to Damansara Heights
A new Italian eatery has opened in Republik Damansara Heights. Stefania Osteria, a casual spinoff of Stefania Restaurant in Naza Tower, now occupies the ground-floor space once home to Blonde. Chef Diego Reali leads both concepts, bringing a relaxed dining experience to the neighbourhood. The restaurant serves a mix of antipasti, pasta, and hearty mains. Dishes like Alici Marinate (RM36) and Polpettine di Agnello (RM28) start the meal, while pasta options include Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe (RM36) and Pappardelle al Ragù di Manzo (RM38). For steak lovers, the Bistecchina di Manzo (RM52) comes with chimichurri. Most antipasti and pasta fall between RM30-40, with larger mains averaging RM65. Dessert features the Classic Tiramisù (RM38).
Stefania Osteria operates daily from 12pm to 10.30pm. Diners can reach the restaurant at 017-751 3238 or follow updates on Instagram at @stefaniaosteriarepublik. The osteria model has shifted globally in recent decades. Once simple Italian taverns, they now often follow a modern casual-dining chain approach. Investors like Peter McGovern's McWin Partners have pushed this change, expanding brands such as L'Osteria into Germany, Austria, and France.
Stefania Osteria adds another dining choice to Damansara Heights. Its menu of Italian classics and extended opening hours cater to both lunch and dinner crowds. The venue continues the trend of adapting traditional osterias into contemporary, accessible eateries.
