A Health Day is set to take place at the Glass Workshop in Solingen on Thursday, June 27, from 16:00 to 20:00. At 16:30, nutrition consultant Sabine Naarmann-Kirschbaun will discuss fibre-rich, low-energy diets tailored for those aged 55 and above. Later, at 17:00 and 17:30, cooking demonstrations with food samples will take place at the dedicated cooking station.
Solinger Sportbildungswerk will lead a session on corporate health promotion at 19:00, featuring fitness assessments and a Kinetic tool workshop. Meanwhile, Natalia Amvrosiadis will provide office massages for just 1€ per minute throughout the event. For seniors, AWO-Seniorenarbeit is hosting creative memory training and gentle movement activities. Pflegedienstleitung Nastasja Kobe will introduce Libento Tagespflege Lochbachtal, offering guidance on day care options. At 18:30, Nicole Heiermann will lead a workshop on the Alexander Technique, a method for improving posture and reducing tension.
