Quack Shack, a duck burger specialist in Lisbon, has refreshed its menu with two new creations. The Alvalade eatery, founded by Michelin-recognised chef Rodrigo Castelo, now offers updated buns and fresh sides. A partnership with local bakery Gleba has brought exclusive artisanal bread to its signature dishes.
The restaurant's latest additions include the Hot Duck burger, priced at €8.90. Another new option, the Quack Savage, costs €11.90 on its own or €14.90 as part of a combo. Both feature buns supplied by Gleba, an artisanal bakery known for its quality.
The Quack Signature burger now arrives on a toasted New York-style croissant bun. Meanwhile, the Quack Burger and Quack Burger Double have switched to a toasted brioche. Sweet potato fries have also joined the menu for €3. Located at Rua Marquesa de Alorna 27C, Quack Shack stands out for its duck-based twists on classic burgers. The collaboration with Gleba marks the first time the bakery has supplied buns for a local restaurant, enhancing the dining experience with freshly made bread.
The updated menu reflects Quack Shack's focus on quality and innovation. With new buns from Gleba and expanded options, the restaurant continues to offer a distinct take on burgers. Customers can now enjoy the Hot Duck, Quack Savage, and fresh sides alongside the existing favourites.
