Polyneuropathy support group meets April 16 for nutrition and exercise

The Polyneuropathy Self-Help Group will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at CABRINI Meiningen (Multihalle). The event is open to members, families, and anyone interested in learning more about managing the condition. A talk on nutrition and guided exercises will form part of the afternoon’s activities. The gathering begins at 2:00 PM with a presentation by Ramona Babenschneider. She will speak on 'Nutrition and Healthy Supplements', offering practical advice for those living with polyneuropathy. After the talk, attendees can take part in a guided exercise session designed to support their health.

The group meets regularly on the second Wednesday of each month. Discussions will cover a range of topics related to polyneuropathy, giving participants a chance to share experiences and advice. Bernd Heym, the group’s chair, can be contacted at 49 152 565 507 88 for further details.

The April 16 meeting provides an opportunity for education, exercise, and community support. All are welcome to attend and learn more about managing polyneuropathy. The event will take place at CABRINI Meiningen (Multihalle).
