Philippines to Debut First Luxury Motorsports-Themed Hotel in Clark Freeport

The Philippines will soon have its first motorsports-themed hotel, set to open in Clark Freeport. The project, a partnership between the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) and Kilton Motor Corporation (KMC), aims to blend luxury hospitality with the excitement of racing. Officials signed the deal on 30 March 2026, marking a new step for tourism in the region.

CDC President Agnes Devanadera and KMC President Johnny Tan formalised the agreement in a signing ceremony last month. Their collaboration will create a boutique hotel designed to attract motorsports fans and business travellers alike. The facility will sit near Clark International Speedway, offering guests direct access to racing events and high-end stays.

The hotel's concept comes from Tan's vision of merging world-class service with the adrenaline of motorsports. Beyond accommodation, it will provide exclusive experiences like track days, driving courses and VIP race viewing. This approach targets not just tourists but also the growing MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) sector in Clark. Devanadera welcomed the project, calling it a key lifestyle investment for the Freeport. She noted its potential to draw visitors and strengthen Clark's reputation as a destination for both business and leisure. The development is also expected to create 77 permanent jobs and bring in P1.5 billion in investment. Alongside the hotel, CDC and KMC plan to launch an employment programme for residents of Barangay Macapagal Village. This initiative will provide training and job opportunities tied to the new facility. The project stands out as no other luxury motorsports hotels have been built in free trade zones worldwide in the past five years.

The hotel will serve as a hub for motorsports tourism while supporting Clark's economic growth. Its location next to the speedway and focus on premium experiences aim to attract international visitors. Construction is set to begin soon, with completion expected in the coming years.
