Miraval Resorts redefine luxury with mindfulness-focused, device-free escapes

Miraval Resorts & Spas offer a luxury escape focused on wellness and mindfulness. These adults-only retreats encourage guests to disconnect from devices while enjoying all-inclusive stays with healthy food, fitness, and relaxation activities.

The brand operates three locations in the US: Tucson, Arizona; Austin, Texas; and the Berkshires, Massachusetts. Each resort provides mindfulness classes like yoga, meditation, breathwork, and tai chi. Tucson specialises in desert immersion and aerial yoga, while Austin features nature trails and adventure-based mindfulness. The Berkshires location highlights forest bathing and seasonal retreats.

Guests receive a $175 nightly credit for spa treatments or special activities, though alcohol cannot be purchased with it. The resorts promote a 'life in balance' through healthy, locally sourced meals and non-alcoholic drinks included in the stay. Device use is limited to designated areas, though rooms remain unrestricted.

A fourth location, Miraval The Red Sea, is currently in development. Bookings can be made using World of Hyatt points, adding flexibility for travellers.

Miraval Resorts & Spas blend luxury with wellness, offering structured relaxation and mindful experiences. With new locations on the horizon, the brand continues to expand its focus on balanced, device-free retreats for adults.
