Major retailers flood March with rare overlapping spring promotions

Several major retailers have launched spring promotions with overlapping timelines this March. The sales include daily deals, member-exclusive discounts, and limited-time offers across beauty, home goods, and outdoor gear.

Unlike previous years, no other brands have run similar recurring spring campaigns in the last two seasons, making this wave of promotions stand out.

Walmart kicked off the discounts with The Beauty Event, running until March 19. Shoppers can find reduced prices on cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products.

Nordstrom followed with its **March Savings Event**, offering up to 25% off select items until March 23. Meanwhile, Wayfair's **Spring Cyber Week** also runs from March 19 to 23, featuring early deals for Wayfair Rewards members. Beauty retailers Sephora and Ulta are both running extended promotions. Sephora's **One-Day Beauty Deals** refresh every 24 hours until March 26. Ulta's **21 Days of Beauty** provides daily discounts until the same date, with extra offers available at Target. Later in the month, Target's **Circle Deal Days** will run from March 25 to 27, open only to Target Circle members. Preview deals are already live. Amazon's **Big Spring Sale** overlaps slightly, starting on March 25 and lasting until March 31, with early access for Prime members. Outdoor retailer REI is also participating with **Member Days**, offering flash sales and three 20% off coupons to members until March 23.

The overlapping promotions create a concentrated period of discounts across multiple categories. Shoppers have until the end of March to take advantage of these deals, with some events ending earlier than others. No comparable recurring spring campaigns have appeared in the last two years, making this year's offers unusual in their timing and scale.
