Mainz's Night Flea Markets Return with Late-Night Shopping and Discounts

Mainz is set to host a series of night flea markets over the next two months. The events will take place at different venues, offering a mix of secondhand goods and handmade items. Entry fees are low, with discounts for students and free admission for younger visitors.

The first market, the 'first watch', kicks off on Saturday, January 30, at the Alte Postlager. Doors open at 7 PM and close at midnight. Visitors can browse stalls selling used clothing, games, decor, and crafts.

The second event follows on Friday, February 20, at the KUZ Cultural Center. Like the 'first watch', it runs from 7 PM to midnight. A third and final market is scheduled for Saturday, March 13, returning to the Alte Postlager. Admission costs €4, though students and concession holders pay €3. Children under 16 enter for free. Those interested in setting up a stall can find details on the official website.

The markets provide an evening shopping experience with a variety of affordable goods. Each event runs late, giving visitors plenty of time to explore. Organisers have not released further details about the events or their coordination.
