Khabarovsk Leader Honors Women's Strength and Sacrifice on International Women's Day

Nikolai Shevtsov, Speaker of the Khabarovsk Krai Legislative Duma, has sent warm wishes to women across the region for International Women's Day. In his message, he highlighted their strength, kindness, and vital contributions to both family and society.

Shevtsov began by thanking mothers, wives, and daughters of soldiers currently serving in the special military operation zone. He also acknowledged the hard work of volunteers supporting the war effort. Their faith, resilience, and unwavering support, he said, have been crucial for both the fighters and those on the home front.

The Speaker praised women for their generosity, beauty, and ability to care for others while balancing demanding careers and family responsibilities. He described these qualities as unique and essential to the region's well-being.

Representing the 36 deputies of the Legislative Assembly, Shevtsov closed by wishing all women a life filled with joy, love, happiness, and the fulfilment of their dreams.

The message underscored the important role women play in Khabarovsk Krai, from supporting military families to maintaining community strength. Shevtsov's words reflected both gratitude and recognition of their everyday contributions.
