Residents of Kamchatka can now join the All-Russian Sanitary Awareness Campaign, known as the 'Health Dictation'. The initiative invites anyone aged seven or older to test their knowledge on health and wellness topics. Participants have until 22 May to complete the online assessment. The campaign is part of the broader SanProsvet project, linked to the federal programme Nation’s Sanitary Shield: Safety for Health (Prevention, Detection, Response). It also ties into the interregional MASS project Siberian School: A Territory of Health. Organisers have launched the second module, titled Movement Is Life: Eat Right, which remains open for entries.
The test covers four main themes: physical activity, healthy eating, food safety, and safe workouts with injury prevention. After finishing, each participant receives a personalised certificate. This certificate includes a detailed analysis of their answers, offering feedback on their performance. The official portal for the campaign, https://dictant-sanprosvet.ru/, hosts all materials and registration details.
The campaign runs until 22 May, giving participants several weeks to take part. Those who complete the module will gain insights into their health knowledge through the certificate. The initiative aims to promote awareness of nutrition, exercise, and safety across Russia.
