AGGUA’s 2026 Detox Programme Kicks Off With Sauna Magic and Themed Feasts

AGGUA Sauna & Lounge has launched its 2026 programme under the theme Detox – A Healthy Start to the New Year. Throughout January, the venue offers tailored wellness experiences, from special sauna sessions to a seasonal dining menu. Guests can also look forward to themed events and performances by leading sauna experts.

The month begins with a focus on cleansing and renewal. The dining menu features light, nourishing dishes designed to complement the detox theme. Alongside this, the spa introduces exfoliating treatments and custom Aufguss sessions, blending heat and aromatherapy for a revitalising effect.

On January 10, AGGUA hosts an Ice Age sauna evening, playing on hot-and-cold contrasts. The event includes appearances from costumed characters like the Ice Queen and Frosti the Snow Monster, adding a theatrical touch to the experience. Later in the month, from January 15 to 18, renowned guest infusion master Mario Ammon takes centre stage. With over 20 years of experience, Ammon specialises in immersive Aufguss performances, combining music, scents, and storytelling. His sessions aim to entertain visitors while inspiring AGGUA’s team, helping the venue maintain its SaunaPremium certification.
